Return & Refund Policy

At Rynvo, we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make it simple to return or get help — no hassle, no runaround.


Returns

Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags included.

Mat-specific exceptions: Custom-cut or personalized mats cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged. Mats showing visible use, staining, or odor are not eligible for return.


Free Returns (Orders Over $50)

We offer free return shipping on all eligible orders over $50. A prepaid return label will be emailed to you once your return is approved. For orders under $50, return shipping is at the customer's expense — we recommend using a tracked method.


How to Start a Return

Option 1 — Self-serve (fastest): Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number. You'll receive a return label and instructions within minutes.

Option 2 — Email us: Contact support@rynvo.shop with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 1 business day with a return authorization (RMA) and next steps.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's issued.

The refund will cover the full product price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right at no cost to you:

  • We cover all return shipping costs
  • You choose: a full refund or a replacement sent immediately
  • Contact us at support@rynvo.shop with a photo of the issue and your order number

Size or Color Swaps

Need a different size or color? Contact us at support@rynvo.shop before returning and we'll ship your replacement right away — you don't have to wait for us to receive the original first.
