Rynvo Shipping Policy

FREE US SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States — no minimum order required. [ADJUST: change to "on all orders over $35" if you have a threshold.]

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Shipping (United States): 7–14 business days
Expedited Shipping (United States): 3–5 business days (available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays due to carrier volume, weather, or peak seasons (holidays, sales events) are outside our control, but we will always keep you informed.

ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed to you automatically when your order ships. Use the link in that email to follow your package in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at support@rynvo.shop and we'll look into it immediately.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to the United States only. For international inquiries, email us at support@rynvo.shop and we'll do our best to help. [ADJUST: remove this section or update if you do ship internationally.]

LOST, MISSING, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please first check around your front door, mailbox, and with neighbors. If it still can't be located, contact us within 7 days at support@rynvo.shop with your order number — we will work with the carrier to resolve it and will make it right for you.

If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund within 24 hours. No hassle.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at support@rynvo.shop. We can update addresses only before the order has been shipped.
