Order confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.
Payment methods: We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment must be made in full before an order is processed.
Order cancellations: Orders can be canceled only before they are processed for shipping. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@rynvo.shop. Once an order has shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.

US shipping: We ship to all 50 US states. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight of the order.
International shipping: We may offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders vary and are not guaranteed.
Lost or delayed packages: If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@rynvo.shop and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
- Free return shipping on orders over $50.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
- Defective or incorrect items are covered at no cost to you.
